How to register at RioAce
Opening an account takes less than two minutes. You must be at least 18 years old and may only open one account.
- Go to RioAceClick one of the buttons on this page to open the official RioAce website.
- Click “Sign up”The registration button is in the top right corner of the site.
- Enter email and passwordChoose a strong password with letters, numbers and symbols.
- Select your currencyChoose GBP so that deposits and withdrawals are made without conversion.
- Accept the termsConfirm that you are of legal age and accept the terms and conditions.
- Confirm your emailClick the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.
How to log in
- Open the websiteVisit RioAce on your computer or mobile device.
- Click “Log in”The login button is next to the registration button.
- Enter your detailsType in the email address and password you used when registering.
- Confirm 2FAIf you have activated two-factor authentication, enter the code from your app.
Forgotten your password?
Click “Forgot password?” in the login window and enter your email address. RioAce will send you a link to set a new password. The link is only valid for a limited time, so use it straight away and check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
Account verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal RioAce checks your identity. You upload the documents in your account under “Verification”. The check usually takes up to 24 hours.

Login problems and solutions
- Wrong password: use the password reset function instead of trying repeatedly, otherwise your account may be temporarily blocked.
- Account locked: contact live chat support, which can unlock the account after a short identity check.
- Site does not load: clear your browser cache, update your browser or try another device.
- No confirmation email: check your spam folder or ask support to resend it.
