Withdrawal methods and payout times
At RioAce you normally withdraw with the same method you used to deposit. Cards and most vouchers can only be used for deposits, so withdrawals are made by e-wallet, cryptocurrency or bank transfer.

How to withdraw

Withdrawal limits
Standard players can withdraw up to C$7,300 per day. The limits increase with your VIP level: from level 11 they rise step by step, and from level 21 there are no limits at all. Large wins may be paid out in instalments.

Verification before withdrawal
RioAce is required to verify your identity before paying out. You will need an ID document, proof of address and, depending on the method, proof of ownership of your card or wallet. The check usually takes up to 24 hours. Documents that are clear and complete speed up the process considerably.
Tips for fast payouts
- Verify your account right after registration, not only when you want to withdraw.
- Choose crypto or an e-wallet for the fastest payouts.
- Complete the wagering of any active bonus before you request a withdrawal.
- Use the same method for deposits and withdrawals.
- Do not cancel pending withdrawals if you want to receive the money quickly.
